The Hot Potato vintage horsebox is focused on providing high quality nutritional Irish potatoes sourced from the fields of North County Dublin, fresh ingredients and customer satisfaction.  

With a variety of fillings to choose from we are sure you will be happy working with us for your wedding or event. We offer tasty, healthy baked potatoes freshly cooked on site in one of our original potato ovens.

The most popular filling by far and our signature dish using Irish Beef.

A classic. Filling the air with delightful aromas with the cheese melting into the Pancetta. 

3 BEAN VEGAN CHILLI

Suitable for all diets especially the non meat eaters.

Great for an afternoon grazing in the sun.

BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE HOT POTATO

Marcus who is now unbelievably in his mid 40s, has been passionate about the catering industry.  His upbringing was in Torquay, Devon where hospitality was all around. 
The experience of 6 years onboard the QE2 cruise ship with 5 star service was where he picked up his love for good food.
Moving to Leinster in 2006 he worked for one of Irelands top contract catering companies who specialized in corporate events.
March 2020 happened, aka CoVid.
Corporate catering ended so he came up with the idea of purchasing a traditional potato oven and gazebo for trading in well known Dublin markets.
Along with the markets, Marcus decided that a traditional potato oven would suit a vintage horse box making the Potato mobile.
