March 2020 happened, aka CoVid was when this family run business came up with the idea of purchasing a traditional potato oven and gazebo for trading in well known Dublin markets. with this in mind and zero experience in renovating catering trailers, Marcus decided that a traditional potato oven would suit a vintage horse box making the Potato mobile.
